Lydia Gardner

Lydia joined Health and Wellness in 2023 and is currently serving as a Communications Specialist. In her role, she works on a variety of digital and print communications for the departments that comprise Health and Wellness - Work/Life Connections-EAP, Health Plus, and Occupational Health Clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management and has a background in marketing and communications in the healthcare industry.
